I purchased an MSI B650 Tomehawk Wi-Fi and noticed it has six fan headers. I have twelve fans in my PC—six RGB ones. I’m looking for a fan hub that fits well and is affordable.

It depends on who you're talking to. Which fans do you think are relevant?

I received five built-in fans from Antec Df700 flux. I own three CORSAIR SP120 RGB ELITE PWM units and four NZXT F120Q fans.

Your setup accommodates only 9 fans. Are you thinking about positioning them in unusual spots or using them to replace the CPU cooler fans?

Another option is splitter cables. It's a straightforward fix and affordable.

I purchased a new case with H9 flow from Nzxt that accommodates more fans, and I’m just retaining the fans from the antec case.

I usually opt for a fan hub, but if I can't locate one, I'll switch to a splitter.

Observed that the F120Q case version lacks a daisychain wire as well. It seems you really need a SATA-powered hub now—most are available for a small price. I’d go for several with fewer connectors to give you more control over airflow, though honestly standard 9+ port hubs work just fine if you only need one speed.
