You can obtain the 1600AF+B450 as an upgrade for roughly $170. In my opinion, spending on a MB drive for an outdated system is a waste since a newer, more affordable option would be available within your budget.

I received $200 to upgrade the motherboard. The Ryzen 1600AF is priced at $85, while a solid B450 MB would cost about $100, which I could reduce to around $80 for a more affordable option without exceeding my budget.
