I'm experiencing issues with my Gigabyte B550 AORUS pro-p rev 1 motherboard. It fails to boot into the OS stored on my NVMe drive, showing the AORUS logo briefly before going blank and restarting. When attempting a Windows 10 installation via a bootable USB, it doesn't recognize the OS. Pressing F12 opens the boot menu, but selecting the install option triggers a flashing USB light followed by a blank screen, then loops back to the boot menu repeatedly. The BIOS settings remain at default—CSM, UEFI, and fTPM all enabled—but the problem persists even after disabling them. I also updated the BIOS to the latest stable version F14, yet the issue continues. I've tested all USB ports and switched power supplies, ruling those out. RAM compatibility checks on other boards came back normal. The same USB drive and NVMe drive function correctly on my MSI and Asus motherboards. When I contacted Gigabyte via RMA, they assured me it works across configurations but didn't provide details on their adjustments. I'm struggling to figure this out. One concern is the PC case possibly causing a short that prevents the board from booting properly on either the NVMe or USB drive. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
