Friend needs to replace the backplate for his MS-7A61 motherboard. The cooler he's using is a Noctua NH-U14s, but it doesn't fit with the current backplate. Someone with knowledge can suggest alternatives or solutions.

Take it off from the opposite side. I notice there are at least three screws left on.
