I recently purchased BF4+Premium during the sale from last week. My advice is to grab the most popular DLC for multiplayer. Most servers don’t offer any DLC maps, some include all of them, and a few use Final Stand and Second Assault. I’d prefer to wait for Premium discounts and stick with non-DLC servers.
