The most terrifying PC game depends on personal taste, but many fans consider *Silent Hill* series or *Resident Evil* titles to be among the scariest due to their intense atmosphere and psychological tension.

I’m not very brave enough to take part, so everyone does.

I avoid games with horror themes since they don’t suit my preferences.

fear isn't as intense as it seems. what's really worrying is how easily things unfold, almost too predictable to be believable. some of those effects were interesting, but overall it didn’t feel threatening. i’d suggest checking out the Resident Evil HD re-release. silent hill 4 works fine on pc but feels quite old.

It seems the message is a bit unclear, but it appears you're saying the person thinks the game is good even though it's on PC.

Absolutely not, that game is terrible. There are some things that really scare me in different ways—Outlast, Outlast, Whistleblower, Alien Isolation, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, F.E.A.R., the trilogy, Penumbra Dreadout. Also known as Fuck Everything and Run Dead Space.

I played Alien Isolation for roughly ten minutes using the Oculus Rift and surround sound headphones at a PAX Convention. My main goal was to locate the alien, so I just let it go once I found it :'c

Classic jump scare moments paired with memory loss using the Oculus Rift. That was the initial title I played after receiving my gaming setup a few years ago.
