It needs to be a top-tier AAA title, not just a Steam Greenlight project. The game should work on PC, not be limited to consoles like Xbox or PlayStation. My choice would be Total War Rome 2 when it launched, though it had some issues that nearly damaged my computer.

CS:GO is considered a high-end title, though it may not be the most polished experience. Some might find only the negative aspects, like unboxing videos, but overall it fits the AAA category. Your perspective is valid, though you seem to appreciate something beyond that.

Uncertain about whether CS:GO qualifies as a AAA game, but I share your opinion.

I really don<|pad|> a lot of feedback has come in over the last couple of years, and all the issues have been resolved. Back then I ran a Pentium III 667 with Riva TNT2 and 256MB RAM on Windows XP until 2014, then upgraded to an i5 4440 with 16GB RAM and a GTX 650ti OC 2GB on Windows 7.

Assassin's Creed: Unity remains my top choice. If the game ran smoothly, it would be my all-time favorite.

The most frustrating part is wondering if poor performance truly makes something the worst game ever.
