I've worked with numerous rigs throughout the years. There were several instances where memory performance didn't match the rated speed in System A, but worked fine in other setups. To satisfy my curiosity, I would lower the speed slightly for more stable operation.
i think i was tricked while running at 2133mhz instead of what i should have been doing at 3200
Consider using a slower profile such as 3000 (similar to 3200).
No need to handle it manually, and you can experiment with the voltage afterward.
It appears to function at 3000mhz, no blue screen observed after 2-3 minutes.
Could you try stressing it to see if that reveals more?
