Hi, my screen won't come back on after I close the laptop. I need to unplug the HDMI and power cable again so the computer can see it coming back. Just unplugging one of them doesn't fix it; I have to plug both in. On the internet, people told me to turn off PCI Express settings in battery options, but that didn't work for me. When I sleep and wake up, it says "Maximum Energy Saving" instead of the old default setting. Even when I changed the plan so it stayed off after sleeping, it turned back on to Maximum Energy Saving. Do you have a way to make sure my monitor comes back on, or how can I turn PCI Express permanently off?

Fix your display drivers and check if you have the right BIOS settings for your new laptop. Try holding down Windows key plus P to make your screen bigger again.
