This problem used to be rare but now it's becoming quite bothersome. I've kept my drivers current and updated Windows too. My setup includes a GTX 1080, Ryzen 7 3700X, and 32GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB RAM at 3600 MHz. The issue appears mainly during games, especially in cutscenes. It might be a GPU issue. If the cutscenes need some GPU processing and the GPU isn't working, that could be the cause.

It's unusual since this hasn't occurred before, and it also appears in games with lower GPU demands such as Valorant.
