Hello everyone, following the AMD driver update 23.8.2 for my Radeon 7600S laptop, my monitor isn't working correctly. It doesn’t extend or mirror properly, and I can’t adjust the display resolution or scale it in Windows settings. It’s stuck at 640x480p. I’ve tried several fixes: restarting the monitor, switching cables, downgrading GPU drivers to 23.8.1, reinstalling drivers again to 23.8.2, resetting the monitor factory settings, hard resetting my computer, and just hoping it would work. All updates are current via Windows Update and Microsoft Store. The only settings I have are 'original' (picture 2) and 'wide' (picture 1). Please let me know if any changes occur with these specs: Computer Type: Laptop (Asus TUF A16 FA617NS), GPU: AMD Radeon 7600S, 8GB CPU, BIOS from American Megatrends. Let me know! P.S.: If the specs change anything, feel free to share.

Thanks for the feedback! After further testing, it seems the monitor itself might be the issue. Once driver updates didn’t help, connecting the TV worked, but trying the reverse didn’t. I accidentally used a PS4 and then connected it to the monitor—result was a black screen. Both HDMI cables were tested. It looks like my old 13-year-old monitor is no longer functioning. Appreciate your assistance!
