Someone, can you assist me with this? My computer screen went dark and the HDD indicator isn’t flashing. There’s a faint red light but it’s not solid and there’s no beep.

Sound feels similar to a motherboard problem. If you have an integrated graphics card, try connecting the monitor to the GPU port on the motherboard.

I also tried that, but it didn<|pad|> to remain unchanged. Before now I experienced graphic problems with Illustrator and Photoshop, such as unexpected color shifts. I used a separate VGA.

It might be the motherboard issue (maybe). Have you updated the BIOS? Make sure all cables are checked.
