Last week I assembled a gaming PC. Now it won’t power on. The monitor displays a blinking power LED, but the PC remains dark. What’s going wrong? How can I resolve this? I also notice electrical issues inside the case—touching it gives a sharp shock. Is this connected to the problem or something else? I’m unfamiliar with PC setup, so I’m worried. Is this a serious issue?

Verify the PC specifications. Ensure the monitor uses DP or HDMI connection. Disconnect the monitor cable from the PC, switch the PSU off, then reconnect and power on the PC.

Gigabyte B550 motherboard R5 5600 Arc A750 with 16GB DDR4 RAM and deep cooling PK550D 550W power supply. Monitor connected via HDMI. Tried switching the PSU but the issue persists.
