I believe sharing this on a Minecraft community platform would be more helpful, such as Planet Minecraft or similar forums. From what you've shared, it seems the issue might be related to OpenComputers or Malisis Core.

Is it a modpack or did you add them yourself? The collection is full of mods, and if just two are missing, the game might freeze. Also, when does the game stop working during load screens, saving files, or playing?
