I have three devices linked to my network, including my phone, gaming console, and TV. When trying to download a game, everything seems fine at first—network lights flash and internet turns green—but then it crashes and restarts repeatedly. It’s happened many times before; the last incident lasted a day, and now it’s been happening again for several days. I contacted my maintenance team, who fixed it after checking the issue. I also filed a ticket, but the problem keeps recurring—about 13 times today. What’s going on?

If that isn't the longest run-on sentence I've seen in a while, I don't recall the last one. Breaking the paragraph with a few pauses or periods would help with clarity.

If this device comes from the ISP, they handle any issues and could replace it if needed.

Could you please specify the exact model and make of your modem? Also, let me know which type of internet connection you have (such as DSL, cable, fiber, etc.)?
