Hello, the message indicates that the final USB device connected to the machine stopped working, and Windows isn't able to identify it. You're facing a situation where you need to find a solution without spending money on a new mouse. Would you like some ideas on how to troubleshoot or fix this issue?

Have you explored various USB ports? Tested on another PC or laptop to confirm it's your system or the mouse. You can attempt deleting the USB device in Windows and let it reinstall automatically. Have you checked the Glorious forum or customer service for any insights or comments?

I’m experiencing the same problem. The model mouse functions perfectly on other devices like my PS4 and other laptops, but it doesn’t work on my main laptop. I’ve been using it with the laptop for months, yet suddenly all features—sensors, buttons, clicks—stop working except the RGB. Could you help me find a solution?
