Reviewing this... variations in power delivery (8 phases in 6+2 versus 6 phases in 4+2) are notable. PCIE won't downgrade when one slot is filled on the F and Hero Crosshair hero appears to use higher quality MOSFETs and components that actually support the 8 phase power delivery. (In 7+1 mode, for example) They all feature a daisy-chained RAM connection to the CPU, making them suitable for RAM OC.

It depends on the OC you're aiming for. Running stock or PBO won't offer much extra advantage unless you specifically require those high-speed PCIe lanes. All three options are acceptable choices.
