The ML240 illusion AIO pump isn't operating.
Hello. I just finished my first PC build in ten years, using a 13600k MSI Mag Tomahawk Z790 with an ASUS TUF 3070Ti and the mentioned AIO. At first, the system didn’t boot when the display port connected to the GPU; after reconnecting it to the MOBO, everything worked properly. I thought it was a driver problem, but I’ll fix that later. The bigger issue is the BIOS showing the pump running at 0 RPM while the CPU overheats. I changed the pump header to something else, adjusted the dc/pwm settings, but nothing helped. Any suggestions? P.S. The AIO is 3-pin, while the MOBO headers are 4-pin.
If it isn't functioning across various headers, I suspect the AIO pump might be faulty and requires a return merchandise authorization.
It seemed the product was in poor condition when it arrived. The return and exchange process is very difficult in Beirut, but the seller I contacted is reliable and will send a replacement within a week. This is my first PC build in over ten years after spending time on a Mac, and I’m excited to finish it and install the software. Appreciate your responses!
