Windows isn't allowing the upgrade to Win 11 because my system doesn't satisfy the necessary specs. I only have 220 GB on my C-Drive, though it could work if you suggest alternatives—especially since it's connected to a 500 GB SSD. Should I consider swapping my C-drive for another model and using my current drive as a slave? That way I wouldn't need to reformat everything. I'm also curious about whether increasing the RAM to the required 16 GB will be straightforward. In the DirectX Diagnostics display, I see an Intel G33/G31 Express chipset, specifically the Intel GMA 3100 family. Is that enough? Additional details: Inspiron 545, x64 based PC, Pentium Dual Core CPU E5200 @2.5GHz, Dell Inc. AOS from 09/04/2009, SMBIOS v2.5, Secure Noot State not supported, physical memory at 4.00 GB, total memory 3.99 GB, available memory 423 MB, virtual memory 6.24 GB, page file space 2.25 GB.

Your processor isn't included in this list;
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/window...processors
With that in mind, it seems you shouldn't be using Windows 7 on your system;

Is this a joke? The setup is from 16 to 17 years ago. For Windows 11, you'll need updated hardware.

From my experience, the CPU list isn't correct. For instance, I added 11 to an i5-7500t just last week and also have it on a 6500t. Both Dell USFFs were installed via the Media Creation tool's flash drive, but it wasn't the latest version since I needed local accounts on the 7500t.

7500t might be about a year behind the list of supported items and closely resembles certain CPUs already present. The platform could potentially handle UFI, secure boot, TPM2.0, etc. Wolfdale differs significantly from Skylake and lacks these features. With newer updates, 11 now demands capabilities that the Pentium E5200 doesn’t support, making any workarounds ineffective. Even if possible, Windows 11 would run extremely slowly on this system, and Microsoft is unlikely to permit automatic updates when incompatible hardware is detected.
