I've started seeing more micro stutters in Minecraft lately. I didn't expect this since my system specs are top-tier—2060 model, Ryzen 7 3700X, AORUS X570 Elite, 16GB GSKILL Trident 3600 with dual channels. I'm using OptiFine and everything still isn't fixing the issue.

I understand it's late, but don't worry, you're not alone. I've got a powerful PC and I'm experiencing the same issue.

I recall a YouTube video where someone talked about lag and mouse problems on a powerful PC. Their issues stemmed from Minecraft updating a library that conflicts with high polling rate gaming mice. Is "mouse" still the plural when referring to a PC mouse? If you use a gaming mouse, consider lowering its polling frequency below 250Hz. Otherwise, you might try using the Minecraft debug screen to diagnose the problem or simply reduce your render settings until you identify the cause.

This isn't likely a mouse problem.

You were just adjusting the polling rate to 250hz and then back to 1000hz, which improved performance. Previously, FPS dropped drastically—from 250 to around 11 when moving the mouse, and then to a low of 130. Thanks for the update!
