It's true that this issue has been discussed repeatedly, but my situation is uniquely different. I’m a gamer who primarily uses consoles, however, I possess a 2010 PC capable of playing some older titles. Minecraft, specifically, performs exceptionally poorly on my graphics card—contrary to videos demonstrating the same hardware running smoothly at high frame rates. Even with settings reduced to their lowest levels, I only achieve approximately 40-50 frames per second. My motherboard includes an integrated graphics card, which could be contributing to the issue; I’ve disabled it entirely within Windows. If you're familiar with Minecraft, you know that pressing F3 reveals a menu displaying your FPS and system specifications. However, my game consistently fails to display any of my hardware details! This seems improbable – could it be running solely through software? It’s difficult for me to believe. My laptop, with comparable specifications, doesn't exhibit this problem and runs Minecraft perfectly using its built-in graphics processor. I’ve already attempted various troubleshooting steps, including configuring Minecraft through the NVIDIA control panel, updating Java, and ensuring all drivers are current. Do you have any suggestions?
