Run PowerShell as administrator. Execute the command to list the Microsoft Windows Store package and reset it, then restart your computer. For a cache reset, press Win + R, type "wsreset.exe", and press Enter.

Verify your region and language preferences. Incorrect settings may cause some Windows services to fail. Also, try the command to add all appx packages and restart.
