Hello
When attempting to open a PDF sent via WhatsApp by clicking on it, the Microsoft Office app for Android fails to launch, causing a hang and prolonged attempts without success. This issue occurs on my Samsung Galaxy TAB A (8.0", 2019) SM-T295 tablet. It wasn't a recent occurrence, but I'm unsure what caused it. After uninstalling and reinstalling Office, the problem remains unresolved. Thank you for your assistance.

Configure the file to use Google Drive for opening, which consistently works with my PDFs. You may also notify MS Office support about the problem so they can investigate whether it's a bug or an issue with your device.
