Check if it’s turned on in the settings. Look for its name in the Device Manager to see if it appears as installed.

It isn't listed in the device manager. The setting is set to "High Definition Audio," and it functions properly.

How many mic connections are available on your device? Two, positioned at the front and rear? Consider refreshing your audio driver. Check the available options for downloading new ones. Remove the existing audio driver and set up a new version.

Consider using the Audio driver from that source. Realtek HD Universal Driver 6.0.9492.1 offers improved management. For alternative support, check the GitHub release for Realtek-UAD version 6.0.8790.1. If issues persist with the earlier version, the slightly older driver may work better.
