I know someone needs assistance... I really didn’t want to give up. I got a micro center bundle plus a new GPU to go with it. What’s included:
- ASUS TUF Gaming B650+ Wi-Fi
- Ryzen 5 7600X 3D graphics card
- 2x16GB GDDR5 RAM
- Power Color Radeon 7700XT Hellhound Edition

It cost around $900. The screen won’t turn on, and the white VGA indicator stays lit on the motherboard. I’ve tried everything: changing outputs, using CPU graphics, swapping RAM, removing a RAM stick, even swapping in my old GPU (1050Ti). Nothing worked. I’m planning a BIOS update tonight to see if we can boost power delivery. My PSU is 750W, but I’m thinking about upgrading soon. The TV doesn’t display anything, and the light won’t fade. I’m planning to return to Micro Center next Tuesday, but it’s a 5-hour drive one way from where I live. Any advice would be super helpful. Thanks in advance for your time. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone celebrating, and thank you!

Could you share someone with a functional setup so I can try the GPU?

He’s testing something on him, but it keeps failing. The GPU isn’t working, which makes me suspect a power supply issue, but removing it doesn’t fix the problem, so I’m leaning toward a motherboard fault.

No GPU required, operates smoothly.

He linked his setup with my GPU to my older TV, but it didn’t boot properly. He’s planning to reinstall it to check if that resolves the problem. When I power on my PC, everything functions normally—lights, fans, etc.—but it keeps freezing at the VGA screen. I’m hoping the issue lies with his TV.

I connected everything to my system and connected it to my TV, and it functioned flawlessly without any problems. It was just the TV I was testing, which was quite outdated. I’m glad it turned out to be a straightforward solution!
