I purchased the GTX 980 from Superbiiz about a month ago, which advertised a free MGSV code. I haven’t received it, and the offer appears to expire on September 30th. What should I do?

It concluded on the eighth day... You must have received a message containing a code, then visited the Nvidia platform to claim it, logged into Steam, and that was it.

Reach out to superbiiz using your order number and let them know you didn’t receive a code. If they ignore the issue, consider contacting Nvidia with your purchase order to request a code.

Reach out to Superbiz via email and inquire about obtaining a code or connecting with Nvidia.

Often promotions don't have the code neatly displayed; usually it’s sent via email automatically, though some stores require you to include your order number. For my 970's and 980Ti (even though they were for different titles), I had to send them an email to obtain the code. Just do that and they should still be able to help you.
