The message appears, driving you crazy.
Hello everyone, I'm a G750JS gamer running Windows 8. Whenever I connect the charger, a warning pops up (check the attached files). Some users tried editing the registry but it didn't help. Others were advised to verify the charger and battery connections. If anyone can assist in removing this annoying message, I'd really appreciate it.
Start by exploring the tool at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...ds/procmon. Open it and use the magnifying glass to pause capturing. Press Ctrl+X to clear all data then click again or press Ctrl+E to begin capturing. Insert the charger quickly, trigger the error, and stop capturing by clicking the magnifying glass. Search through the events to identify the cause efficiently.
Thanks for your feedback. The issue seems linked to either the battery or the charger. It appears when the laptop runs low on power or after connecting the charger, though it may take some time to show. I’m having trouble pinpointing exactly which one is causing the problem because the messages don’t appear immediately upon plugging in. I’m trying to record events but can’t tell which event triggers this error since the display doesn’t happen right away—maybe a few minutes after insertion. There are many events logged, making it hard to identify the cause.
I entered a command in CMD to repair Windows files, but the system didn’t notice any issues.
I tried creating a file called (tmp15D7.tmp.js) to check the functionality.
