The screen tends to freeze about 2-3 seconds after opening any in-game menu. It only stabilizes again after switching out of the game and back, where it then freezes for the same duration. The only solution I’ve tried is running the game in windowed mode, but I want fullscreen. Please let me know if others have faced this problem and how they resolved it.

Same for me too, I can only play in a windowed mode. It updates each time I press alt tab, but the screen just freezes while the game continues fine.
