I was restarting my PC after opening the case because one of my hard drives seemed to have disconnected. After re-seating everything and turning it on, there was no signal at all. When I pressed the restart button, the system emitted three beeps. After turning it off and back on, it remained blank, showing only CPU and DRAM lights. By checking other forums, I found similar issues and tried several fixes—like re-seating RAM, using a single stick, disconnecting storage devices, and retying connections—but none resolved the problem. I haven’t replaced the CMOS battery since there’s a sticker indicating it’s a warranty item, and I haven’t even tried reseating the CPU because the cooler is tightly attached to the CPU, and last time I removed the cooler, the whole CPU came off. I’m seeking advice since these steps didn’t help, and it’s strange how reseating SATA cables can affect the RAM.

This:
"I have not reseated the CMOS battery since there is a sticker tag on it and it seems to be a warranty sticker"
Do you have another known working CMOS battery without that "warranty sticker"?
If so, install that battery and be sure to follow the installation procedure provided in the motherboard's User Guide/Manual.
That sticker might simply be a packaging sticker to prevent the battery from being able to accidentally discharge.
CMOS battery; make and mode?
Is it possible for you to take a photograph of that battery and post the photograph here via imgur (www.imgur.com)?
Close-up and focused so any text or writings can be read.

After examining more closely, it appears to be a sticker from the shop I bought it from—it seems to be just a date written on it. I’ve removed it and am waiting a bit before putting it back in. I’ve also tried another stick of RAM that was stolen from my sister’s PC, but that didn’t work either.

Hopefully taking out that sticker will fix the issue.
Regarding the RAM stick, I wouldn't assume it would work automatically.
It's important that the RAM stick (specs) is compatible with the motherboard and matches the existing kit.
Proper installation is also crucial.
When troubleshooting, always focus on one change at a time.
Making several changes simultaneously can lead to confusion and uncertainty about what actually resolved the problem.
Sometimes this distinction matters, but we're just glad it's working again.
Otherwise, additional issues could arise, making the situation even more confusing.
