As long as you're 100% stable and not crashing that is a very good OC, could you get a little more? Maybe. There is a point where you can OC more but your FPS/Scores don't go up they actually go down a little so while it's nice to have higher observed clocks if performance is going down or you are even slightly unstable it's not worth it.

You can definitely go higher. I own an Alienware 15 R3 and have pushed it with a +250 MHz core clock (and even tried +300 MHz), but it never exceeded 63 degrees. That’s surprising since I was always told laptops couldn’t handle overclocking due to heat. Maybe they were mistaken.
This card is extremely capable and handles overclocking very well.

Yes, I started with +15 volts but have heard that higher voltages can harm the GPU, so I lowered it to +10.
But I believe any voltage increase helps performance, even if it doesn't improve gaming results.
