The GT 710 is regarded as a low-power PCIe card, meaning its highest power consumption is limited to 25W. Although its TDP stands at 19W, it seems the manufacturer either sets it to operate near 25W or restricts it for safety, not exceeding 19W. Regardless, the power cap remains fixed.
