I've got your AMD R7 250X GPU, which supports Mantle, but the Mantle option isn't visible in the BF4 "Video" settings. After uninstalling and reinstalling the latest drivers, nothing seems to have changed. Should I suggest downloading the older 14.1 Beta drivers?

I believe the fall patch eliminated it or something similar. It appears in your documents—perhaps in a text or XML file labeled bf4. Let me know if you'd like to investigate further.

Start from the original location, navigate to 'My games', right-click BF4 and choose 'View game details'. In the upper-right area labeled 'Play', find the 'edit' option. Press it and pick 'Battlefield 4 x64'. Hit Apply. Check if this resolves the problem.
