Check if your monitor is connected to the graphics card or the motherboard. Because the 7800X3D includes an integrated GPU, you can still display images even without a dedicated GPU if it's connected via the motherboard.

I changed my DisplayPort cable from the GPU to the IG-PUGE and it also functioned properly.
