I have a gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite, paired with an 1660ti, and recently added my old 1050ti for mining experiments. I suspect the card may have been damaged or affected by static, possibly scratching the board. The audio is now non-functional, and the headphones are barely working—quiet with a persistent buzz or static. The microphone also fails. On my phone it works fine, but with a monitor or USB adapter it functions. I’ve reinstalled audio drivers, cleaned the 3.5mm ports, and reconnected the HD cable, but nothing has improved. I’m leaning toward a hardware problem, though I’m open to a software solution.
