The mainboard lights up unexpectedly when you power on your power supply, but your system won’t start.
I assembled a brand new PC. Everything seemed fine until I attempted to power it on and it failed completely. No matter how many times I pressed the power button, there was no response. I decided to replace all the cables on the motherboard and the power supply unit. Still, nothing happened except the white flash from the motherboard when I flipped the PSU switch, as mentioned earlier. I tried connecting it to different outlets, but it didn’t work either. I’m confused about what could be wrong. I think the motherboard might be the issue. Here are the specs: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite V2 2x 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 3600MHz AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, Gigabyte RX 6650 XT 7x Corsair SP120 fans, Corsair H150i Elite Cappellix XT, and RMx850w. I also have a Samsung 980 1 TB M.2 SSD.
After reviewing the manual for this motherboard, I noticed no information about LEDs indicating the POST (boot-up hardware test) status. Unlike some Asus models where you can check CPU, GPU, RAM, and drives, this board lacks such indicators or an onboard speaker. Without those details, diagnosing any POST errors becomes more challenging. If you're encountering issues, consider contacting Gigabyte's support for further troubleshooting guidance.
I believe I should visit the repair shop early tomorrow morning. I'm really upset about this issue... Appreciate your help!
