I assembled my PC three months ago and everything worked well until recently. Last month I swapped out the GPU, and now the mainboard keeps showing VGA mode occasionally—about once or twice each week. After restarting, it disappears. Even though the system runs fine, you can't confirm it's active. This behavior seems unusual; any advice would be appreciated.

Which motherboard model? Asus? After adjusting a BIOS setting, the white LED remains illuminated on each boot, yet the PC starts up normally without problems and disappears during the next boot. This isn’t an identical issue or a different LED, but it indicates the motherboard is repeatedly detecting the new GPU every few weeks. Did you reset the CMOS after swapping the GPU?

Updated the mainboard and BIOS, which technically clears the BIOS settings. It might be significant, though I changed from AMD to NVIDIA.
