DZ87KLT-75K board with i7-4770 and Nvidia GeForce GT 630 is experiencing the same issue described in an older forum post. The system fails to complete the boot process, and despite resetting the CMOS as mentioned, no improvements occur. The manual references pages 83–90 for SATA and INT 19 settings, but there’s confusion about why SATA 1 is listed or how to resolve it. Assistance needed?
Sorry to find out your PC isn't starting properly. Let's work through this together. First, try booting again and check your hard drives—do you hear any sounds during startup? Are there any messages on your screen when you power on? Can you reach BIOS settings or is nothing happening? Do you know how to update your BIOS or see the current version? Have you changed your boot drive or used a USB as an alternative? Lastly, do you have another PC available to test with if needed? And have you tried reinserting your RAM and trying the system with one stick only?
Currently there is no internal speaker. No screen display appears when starting up, meaning the BIOS isn’t visible. I’m unsure how to determine the BIOS version. I’ve repeatedly unplugged and reconnected the SATA drive, but it functioned properly with the board I was using before this upgrade attempt. I have several components available but am uncertain which ones need connecting, as previously only RAM, the CPU, a few PCI-E cards, fan cables, and power connectors were present.
After taking out the GPU, the system enters the BIOS yet still displays a message indicating no bootable device is found even though the SSD is connected via SATA.
