You're experiencing frequent crashes and performance issues with your Mac OS on a virtual machine. The system is running slow, graphics are lagging, and audio isn't working properly. This is frustrating. You're using Alienware Aurora R8 hardware with specific specs, and you're considering switching to integrated graphics for a smoother experience.

It's expected to run slower in a virtual machine because of the overhead. You should try using it directly on your computer for better performance.

You're asking about a virtual machine that runs directly on the hardware without using the full operating system. It's different from what you're currently doing because it avoids the overhead of macOS running on your main machine, offering better performance and lower resource use.

This setup struggles with virtualizing MacOS, dealing with many tricky parts that complicate running on non-Apple systems. A bare metal VM won’t work smoothly like Windows or Linux. What’s the point of using MacOS? You can also run Windows and MacOS directly on the same machine. Just adjust your hard drive settings and use Grub.

It's still in the testing phase, so issues are expected.

I’m not really relying on Mac OS, but I tried it for the special feature and because I like those kinds of experiences. I’m not planning to install it on my main computer, but I just hoped it would perform better than the current situation.

It's possible it won't crash when you click the button. There might be a solution behind the scenes.

You can find Linux distributions that resemble MacOS in appearance and functionality. If not, you might need to adjust settings for improved performance, though you'll still be dependent on the virtualized environment.

I don’t have a specific tutorial to suggest, but you might find helpful videos on platforms like YouTube focusing on the topic.

No problem, but disabling your RTX 2070 and switching to integrated graphics on a Mac isn't straightforward. You can't simply turn it off; you'd need to adjust system settings or use third-party tools, which may not fully replicate the performance.
