Remove the stand, secure it with a vise or pliers, then carefully twist off the screw head. Be cautious while handling components inside the motherboard. If the screw is cross-threaded and difficult to remove, the screw may be damaged but the stand could still be usable if you obtain a new one. You might only need a replacement stand.
