I got a brand new motherboard and installed an M.2 SSD in the slot. The heatsink seemed to release some oil-like substance, and I found some oily liquid inside the SSD. It wasn’t water, and after trying to clean it off, it didn’t look like much. Is this normal? Should I be concerned about the SSD?
It wasn't present on a PC. It was only included in the motherboard box, and only the SSD was installed.
