Hi,
I’m using the LX-350 Epson printer for the first time and followed the driver installation from the official Epson site. The default version Windows installs works fine when I manually print a test page, but it fails when sending prints from the computer. The printer shows a status like “Printing” without any output.

I tried the compatibility troubleshooter during installation, which suggested Windows 7 as optimal but didn’t resolve the issue. I changed the ports and USB slots, but nothing improved. I returned to the default USB settings as listed on the page. The cables seem properly connected via USB.

I reinstalled the driver without success. A System File Check confirmed everything is intact. In the driver properties, an event was recorded that appears to be the main cause, but I’m unsure how to fix it.

I’m currently running Windows 10 version 21H1. What should I do? Thanks.

Begin with Epson:
https://epson.com/Support/Printers/Impac...C11CC24001
But if Epson has stopped providing drivers and/or assistance, consider these alternatives:
