I wasn't familiar with it either... I understand Nintendo can be quirky at times, but I'm uncertain about which parts they might remove. My guess is they might cut scenes without much gameplay.

Generally, it generates incorrect alerts for in-game tracks, so disable the in-game audio and opt for licensed music instead.

It's common mainly because of music tracks. A clear list isn't necessary—check the developers' site first, especially when aiming to monetize.
