The Lenovo Ideapad S145 is not powering up.
I started by turning off the laptop and then came back after a while to check if it worked. It doesn’t power on at all. The charging indicator light isn’t working. What I see is that the Num Lock light flickers slightly. When I press it, the flicker increases as shown in the video. I use this device for online classes, gaming (mainly League of Legends and occasionally Valorant), photo editing with GIMP, and video editing. Since there are no fans on the laptop, I use a small fan for cooling. I attempted to disconnect the battery and connect it to a charger, but nothing changed. I tried draining the battery until the Num Lock blinking stopped, but when I recharge it again, it returns to blinking.

I'm facing the same problem too. My Lenovo S145 suddenly turned off, but it kept showing signs of life instead of the power button. The power switch started blinking steadily at first, then paused briefly before restarting again. I checked online but didn't find anything matching what I experienced. It seems like a motherboard issue—no lights at all, but this is odd. I suspect a BIOS glitch or something. Maybe I touched the HDMI connection while unplugging the cable, or static interference affected it. Also, I wasn’t sure if the charger was fully supplying power when I removed it. My specs are different from yours: 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD, 20GB RAM, Intel i7 8th gen, M.2 slot. Anyone know what a blinking pattern might indicate? Your setup is unique, so it could help. Any advice would be appreciated!
