The left side is louder compared to the right.
Hello everyone, initially I purchased two new headsets. The first one was from 2015 and I faced problems when listening to music, gaming, or watching movies—it was louder on the left side. I tried adjusting the volume settings in Windows and changing it on both sides, but nothing worked. Eventually, I retrieved the headset and bought a standard GM-07 (7.1) hoping it would be different. It worked! I’m not sure what’s causing the issue anymore, but anyone can help me fix it.
Note
When I had the original model, it was 3.5mm and I connected it to my phone, thinking the problem was with my PC. I also had the same issue, but this one uses USB. I can’t connect it to my phone.
Thanks for your time!

You need the controls for balance to adjust the audio mix between left and right channels.
Typically, you'll drag the balance slider from left toward right to center the sound.
Similar balancing options may exist in other audio settings.
