Hmm... That's not a slow download. League of Legends isn't the best metric for speed either. It's loading at 2.7MB/s, which is pretty fast for me—1MB/s is even better.

Everything runs smoothly except for the slow PC game downloads... I quit LoL after they betrayed me.

You can find a repair feature in the settings if you notice the download or update process is taking too long.
