The update should be available, I was on Windows 10 and the free version isn't appearing in settings. I've checked compatibility and done everything, but it still doesn't show up. Appreciate your help!

It occasionally appears unexpectedly over the next few days. I've refreshed several new Win10 license reinstalls to Win11 during the past year. Just run the PC Health Check and you'll see the chance in the coming days.

As mentioned, enabling secure boot and TPM is necessary for the free upgrade. However, I find these settings restrictive, especially for those who prefer Linux or dual-boot setups. This isn<|pad|>, which is why Rufus can bypass them when you build the installation USB. You can also set up an offline local account and consider that the free upgrade might no longer be available. Just don’t rely on it—remember the one-year window for Windows 8.1 to 10.

Secure boot and TPM are both activated. The Windows system is current, but I’ll proceed with the PC health check. I’m not entirely sure if I’ve already completed it, so I’ll run it again. EDIT: It finally appeared! Starting the download now. Appreciate the assistance!
