My grasp of Manjero was that it was intended around Arch. I thought Arch would be more advanced in terms of bleeding edge, which means it's more prone to issues, and unfortunately some of those problems end up in their branches or offshoots.

This resource could assist with setting up network connections on Arch-based distributions.

You can run pacman -U. Consider lowering the Linux kernel and headers. Or reduce NetworkManager. Continuously switching distros for each issue might lead to losing access to Linux distributions within a few months.

Can't you just connect with an Ethernet cable or move the Wi-Fi signal from your phone?

All DHCP and NetworkManager utilities have disappeared. Connecting via Wi-Fi seems impossible. I might try booting in chroot mode, though my current USB isn’t compatible with Mint. I’m planning to perform a clean install of Arch on my desktop and retain Mint on my laptop for some time.
