The latest installation is functioning properly, but the system won't start after installing a new graphics card.
Set up a fresh system last week. Everything seemed normal initially. Installed Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Asus Tuf Gaming X670-E, Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz, WD Black 4 TB, MSI 5700XT, SeaSonic 850W Gold PSU, and Windows 11. I’m unsure about the BIOS version. Ran it through a friend’s system last night to update games and install new titles. Internet connection is poor. The system functioned well when I left it on. Today I added an RTX 3070 and it failed to display anything. Screen flickered repeatedly, RGB lights activated as expected but nothing appeared. After powering it off, it refused to turn on again. GPU fans stopped spinning. The card worked in a prior build. I reinserted the 5700XT hoping it would work, but it still doesn’t boot or show anything. RGB remains rainbow. I removed the GPU and tested the built-in graphics, but it also won’t start. Attached is a video of the QLED indicators IMG_0015.MOV.
PC receives power, stays on without shutting down automatically, and lacks a display or photo—resetting the CMOS chip is the initial action
System is up and running but the new GPU isn’t functioning properly. I’ve tried connecting it to a different PSU, yet the issue persists. The LED keeps flashing, but after roughly 45 seconds the fans stop and nothing happens. Windows loads but the screen remains blank.
