The laptop won't turn off even when I try to put it into sleep mode.
I keep having trouble with my laptop lately. Whenever I leave it in sleep mode for a bit, then come back to use it again, things break down. The trackpad stops working, and the USB ports don't work either. But the mouse and keyboard are still okay; everything else freezes up. When I try to shut down or restart, it gets stuck on the shutdown screen. After a while, it forces me to shut down again but starts back up and gets stuck on the boot screen. The power button just does nothing because that's why I have to wait for the battery to run out. Also, my battery isn't removable so taking apart the PC is uncomfortable and not something I want to do. I've already tried resetting while keeping my files safe, but the problem keeps happening. Any help would be really appreciated right now.
The machine I am using is an Insys WHA-14P2 running Windows 10. The serial number isn't showing up on my screen, and this seems like a glitch from before that keeps coming back. I think the reason might be because I didn't turn it off properly.
