This laptop has been behaving oddly recently. The battery performance is poor, so I’ve connected it directly to the wall and set it to never sleep or turn off the screen. However, after leaving it idle for a short time, it locks itself automatically. You might want to check the power settings or try resetting the device to see if that resolves the issue.

No, I haven't made any changes to the Power Plans in the Control Panel.

Auto Lock records the active user's exit or locks the session similarly to pressing Win + L.

New hidden function requiring registry adjustments. Navigate to the specified path in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Modify the DWORD "Attributes" field from "1" to "2". Proceed to Power Options, adjust Plan Settings, then select "Sleep." The display will show "system unattended sleep timeout." Update the value to your desired setting.

I think it's auto-lock, but I didn't press any button.

Check the variables, skip deeper steps. Ignore unnecessary keys and entries. Click the 7bc... key and view the right side of regedit. No need to open anything else.
